Terms and Conditions

1. You must be a Singaporean, Permanent Resident or a Valid Employment Pass holder to be eligible for application.

2. Registration is free

3. You must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of "A" Level / Diploma qualifications to be eligible for application.

4. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information in this application form. 

5. You are to send us all the necessary documents to certify academic qualifications.

6. TuitionBay will notify you shortly after finding a matching student for you. You can then arrange for a suitable time and place with the assigned student to have your first lesson.

7. TuitionBay can at its own discretion, request for an interview before giving any assignment to you.

8. TuitionBay will take a one-time commission of 50% of the tuition fees based on the quoted number of lessons and tutors will receive the remaining 50% from the Client.

9. Terminating a tuition assignment within the first month:

a. Termination initiated by the Tutor or the Client within the first month(with valid reason)
Tutor will pay TuitionBay adminstrative charges of S$30 or 15% of the initial agreed tuition fees, whichever is higher.

b. Termination initiated by the Client (without valid reason)
Tutor will be exempted from paying TuitionBay commission.

10. Any attempt to cheat TuitionBay of its legal share of commission or provide falsified information will have immediate legal action taken against him/her.

11. At TuitionBay, we strive to provide the best service to you, but should any disagreements or conflicts arise between you and your student after the first month, it is left to your own discretion and TuitionBay will not be involved in the dispute.
